Refund policy

 We accept returns that are sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with the pouch included. Items not eligible for return are earrings, sale items, made to order items, engraved and customised pieces - unless they arrive damaged. 

If you would like to make a return, please contact us at care@ayokajewellery.co.uk first, and we will let you know where to send your returns to. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.
